Founder & CEO

I have over 30 years of experience in public accounting, providing accounting advisory and audit services to large and middle-market companies. I began my career at Arthur Andersen in the audit practice and was promoted to partner there in 2000.

In 2002, I joined EY as an audit partner serving clients across a variety of industries. After 24 years in the audit practice, I transitioned into EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice as a regional leader. In this role, I led a large team providing technical accounting, financial reporting and other services to clients spanning from large global organizations to pre-IPO companies in need of readiness support. I have significant experience preparing technical accounting white papers, establishing accounting policies, SEC reporting, IPO readiness, carve-out financial statements, purchase accounting, implementing internal controls and numerous other services.

 

I’m passionate about serving in my community and providing support to those in need. I serve on the board of, and volunteer for, FutureLink, which provides academic and career support to young adults who lack the resources and the knowledge on connecting education to a successful career. I previously volunteered and served on the board of trustees of The National Center for Children and Families and am an active volunteer in other organizations serving the less fortunate.
