TBH is committed to serving the community and providing support to those in need by partnering with local organizations, including those listed below.

Also, in the spirit of giving and in consistency with two of our core values, kindness and stewardship, we encourage each of our team members to give of their time, talent, and treasure as best they can. In an effort to further support these values, we offer:

  • Paid time volunteering (PTV) which allows all team members to invest 50 hours of paid company time to volunteer in our communities

  • Financial matching of $2 for every $1 of contributions made by our employees to qualified not-for-profit organizations which have a focus on improving the lives of other human beings or the environment.

Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas

Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas is a non-profit organization headquartered in Charlotte, NC and serves 52 counties across NC and the northern part of SC. Their purpose is to provide inspiration to young students and prepare them to succeed in a global economy. Using hands-on curriculum programs, Junior Achievement provides students with preparation for the workforce, personal finance, and being an entrepreneurial leader in their community so that they may identify, navigate, and achieve a fulfilled future. Through these curriculums, volunteers are able to use their personal stories to mentor and guide students in understanding their own unique path for the future.

Charlotte Rescue Mission

Charlotte Rescue Mission is dedicated to serving those struggling with addiction by providing long-term, Christ-centered substance abuse recovery programs.

Hope Match

HopeMatch is a local charity serving those who are unseen and underserved in the Greater Charlotte, North Carolina, area. What began as a Christmas oriented organization, has now expanded to fulfill a larger need. With personalized services, HopeMatch offers helpful resources to families in need that will make a lasting difference in their lives.

Future Link

Future Link provides low-income, first-generation-to-college young adults in Montgomery County, MD the tools, skills and resources to achieve lasting economic self-sufficiency. Their two-phase program begins with career exploration and education planning followed by comprehensive, personalized support including mentoring, paid internships, tutoring, scholarships and ongoing professional development workshops.

Digi-Bridge

Digi-Bridge aims to equip shareholders with the means to foster optimal use of technology in the learning environment, ensuring that all 21st century learners have opportunities to succeed in the digital age.
