“TBH is the kind of place I envision finding a passion for my work. The environment alone fosters so much productivity that value-add is not a goal, but an inherent characteristic of our work. Growing relationships at a place like TBH feels incredibly rewarding, and it shows in the work we do.”

Eric Bramlett

Senior Manager

Originally from Durham, North Carolina, I attended Appalachian State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and a Master of Science in Accountancy.

I spent 6+ years at Ernst & Young in the audit and assurance services. During my audit tenure, I served both public and private sector clients, primarily in the manufacturing and consumer products industries, as well as telecommunications, technology, and retail. While in audit, I served as a regional lead in implementing the use of data analytics tools and strategies to increase audit efficiency and facilitate a more risk-based audit approach. As a manager in the audit practice, I gained experience leading large teams towards digital implementation, participating in the development of updated audit enablement, and facilitating firm-wide trainings. I served on numerous clients where I actively collaborated with contacts to provide enhanced client service, such as; implementing new accounting standards, researching and providing advice on technical accounting guidance, developing data analytic solutions to provide detailed client insights, and leading presentations to enhance relationships with internal audit.

Given the nature of the relationships I developed in Big 4, I sought to join a boutique firm that focused on developing business relationships and providing growth to clients. I found that TBH fostered an environment that instilled key principles into my approach to client relationships. I found TBH Consulting to be the best fit for my personal and professional development.

When not serving clients, I am actively involved as the TBH sponsorship coordinator for Junior Achievement of the Central Carolinas. I spend the majority of my free-time training and working with local athletes on rehab and recovery from injuries. I played collegiate football at Appalachian State and continue to play recreationally in the Arena and Semi Professional circuits. I stay busy with my family, exploring new interests and traveling at every opportunity.
