Director of Operations
I am the Director of Operations for TBH Consulting. I have 10 years of prior experience in operations and 27 years as a tax professional.
My previous experience includes managing the state and local tax compliance and audit group at Marriott International, including the sales, excise, and property tax areas. In 1995 I accepted a position with Freddie Mac, working with the IRS tax audit group. During my time at Freddie Mac, I was responsible for responding to information document requests issued by the IRS, maintaining a strong working relationship with onsite IRS auditors, preparing tax controversies (FIN48) documentation, analysis and support, managing the accounting for income tax processes related to compliance with all GAAP, SEC, and SOX requirements, as well as the preparation of all income tax disclosures on financial statements, disclosures, and SEC filings. I retired from Freddie Max as the Director of Tax Accounting and Reporting in 2013.
In 2013 I became the Operations Director in a small pediatric therapy practice, helping children in the community obtain the services they needed.
When I am not supporting my TBH Team members, I spend my time with my family and friends. I enjoy reading, hiking, golfing, and watching college and professional sports. I have been married for 33 years and have two adult children.
