I have the privilege of serving as Director of Operations for TBH Consulting. My role is all about making sure our teams have the tools, processes, and support they need to succeed. I love finding ways to make operations run more smoothly, through streamlining workflows, improving communication or optimizing resources. My 30+ years in industry has taught me that great operations are not just about efficiency, they are about people, and I am fortunate to work alongside an incredibly talented and dedicated team at TBH.
When I am not supporting my TBH Team members, I spend my time with my family and friends. I enjoy reading, hiking, golfing, and watching college and professional sports. I have been married for 35 years and have two adult children.
