I am originally from Columbus, Ohio, and attended Ohio State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization of Accounting. 

I spent 6+ years at Deloitte in the audit and assurance practice between the Columbus and Charlotte offices. During my journey at Deloitte, I spent 4+ years serving clients ranging from a Fortune 500 to a diverse set of private clients, primarily focused in the insurance/broker-dealer and life sciences industry. Throughout this time, I became proficient in first-year SOX implementations, assisting clients through their transition to public company readiness by leading extensive processes and controls walkthroughs and risk assessments. I successfully led teams of all sizes and fostered strong client relationships for each client served. Following my time serving clients, I took on two internal roles within Deloitte, first working within the National Audit & Assurance DEI Team and following that, the Office of the Audit & Assurance CEO. While working in the Office of the Audit & Assurance CEO, I compiled recurring operational and strategy focused updates for the Audit & Assurance CEO and Executive Committee. I also spent considerable time working with the Chief Talent Officer to develop and execute strategic priorities. 

As I have always enjoyed building impactful relationships with both clients and teammates in addition to having a desire to directly impact the development of a boutique firm, joining TBH Consulting was the right move for me. TBH’s values-focused culture was also a significant driver for me to join the firm. 

When away from my desk, I love to be outdoors, spend quality time with family and friends, and serve others. Whether it be a run, playing tennis or soccer, or taking a trip out West to hike, the outdoors refuel me. I also enjoy regularly serving others through organizations like Heart Math Tutoring in order to help build a stronger community around me.
